Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in Bountiful to perform estimating, process reviews, vehicle check-in, and final paperwork prior to delivery. You will manage total loss administration and communicate post repair plans, while providing status updates to customers in line with Caliber safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final customer paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post repair plan communication with customers.
• Provide vehicle status updates to customers while complying with Caliber safety rules and standards.
