Job summary

Caliber Collision in Centerville, IA is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review repair processes, check in customer vehicles, and prepare final paperwork prior to vehicle delivery. You will manage DRP and final invoices, ensuring accurate documentation.

Additionally, you will handle total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates to customers, while adhering to Caliber safety rules and company standards. This position offers career growth and industry training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs.
• Conduct process reviews and monitor repair progress.
• Check in customer vehicles and verify documentation.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates to customers while complying with safety rules and company standards.
