Caliber Collision in Woodbury NJ is hiring a Collision Estimator to perform estimating duties, process reviews, vehicle intake, and final paperwork before delivery. The role supports DRP and total loss processes while updating customers with vehicle status, and ensuring safety and company standards are met.

Candidates should have 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver’s license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for repair jobs and final invoices.
• Conduct process reviews to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Check in customer vehicles and document vehicle status.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration where applicable.
• Provide post‑repair plan communication and vehicle status updates to customers.
