Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience as a collision estimator or insurance appraiser
• Damage analysis experience on hybrid vehicles, restraints systems, electrical systems, hail/theft/vandalism
• Proficient with Mitchell or CCC-1 estimating software
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook

Responsibilities

• Create accurate, comprehensive repair estimates by examining vehicle damage
• Educate customers on repair process, insurance claims, timelines, and expectations
• Follow ABRA playbook to ensure consistency and quality
• Collaborate with insurance adjusters, dealerships, fleet partners, and production teams
• Provide timely repair status updates and maintain communication
