Caliber Collision in Lancaster, PA is hiring a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review repair processes, check in customer vehicles, and complete final paperwork for delivery (DRP, final invoices). You will also handle total loss administration and provide post-repair updates to customers while complying with safety rules and company standards.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsabilidades

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post repair plan communication including status updates to customers.
