Caliber Collision in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform estimating, process reviews, vehicle check-in, and final customer paperwork prior to delivery, while complying with safety rules and company standards.

The position offers a salary range of $60,000 to $75,000 per year plus commissions and bonuses, with up to a $2,500 sign-on bonus, paid weekly, benefits from day one, and opportunities for career growth through internal promotion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post repair status updates to customers.
• Adhere to Caliber safety rules and company standards.
