Job summary

Caliber Collision in Murray, UT is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, and manage customer communications throughout repairs. The role includes checking in vehicles, completing final paperwork before delivery, finalizing total-loss administration, and keeping customers updated on vehicle status while following safety rules and company standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Ability to perform physical activity and multitask in a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates to customers.
• Ensure adherence to Caliber safety rules, guidelines and company standards.
