Job summary

Caliber Collision in Gilbert, AZ seeks a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, check in vehicles, and complete final paperwork before delivery. You will finalize total loss administration and communicate status updates to customers while adhering to safety rules and Caliber standards.

2+ years estimating experience, valid driver’s license, and MVPD license preferred; CCC1 experience and strong sales orientation are a plus for growth within Caliber.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Writes estimates for collision repairs and processes reviews.
• Checks in customer vehicles and manages paperwork before delivery.
• Finalizes total loss administration and communicates post-repair updates to customers.
• Ensures compliance with Caliber safety rules and company standards.
