Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator to perform estimating, process reviews, vehicle check-ins, and final paperwork. The role includes total loss administration and communicating status updates to customers, all while adhering to safety rules and company standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsabilités

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan updates to customers.
• Communicate vehicle status updates to customers; comply with safety rules and company standards.
