Caliber Collision in New York's Rensselaer area is hiring a Collision Estimator to handle estimates, process reviews, and vehicle intake, ensuring documentation and DRP accuracy.

You will deliver status updates to customers, finalize total loss paperwork, and communicate final repair plans while upholding Caliber safety rules and standards. This role includes commissions/bonuses and day-one benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsabilités

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post‑repair plan updates to customers.
• Comply with Caliber safety rules and company standards.
