Job summary

Caliber Collision in Bloomington IL is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and finalize paperwork prior to delivery. You will handle total loss administration and provide post-repair plan communication including status updates to customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License (MVPD).

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans.
• Provide timely vehicle status updates to customers while following safety rules.
• Support DRP and final invoicing processes.
