Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in Campbell, CA to write estimates, review processes, and manage customer vehicle intake and paperwork. This role includes finalizing total loss administration and providing post-repair updates while adhering to safety standards.

Compensation includes a $50,000–$110,000 salary range plus 4%-4.5% commission annually, with benefits from day one and weekly pay. Must have 2+ years of estimating experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork before delivery.
• Finalizing total loss administration and communicating post-repair plans and status updates.
