Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator at our Greenville - E Butler service center. The role involves writing estimates, reviewing processes, and coordinating vehicle intake, paperwork, and post-repair communication to customers.

You will ensure adherence to safety rules and company standards. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver's license, and an active MVPD Appraisers License.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience
• Sales experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs and assess damage
• Conduct process reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Check in customer vehicles and document status
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice)
• Provide post-repair plan communication and status updates to customers
