Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience
• Strong sales orientation
• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for company insurance coverage
• Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License (e.g., MVPDAL)

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repair
• Conduct process reviews and vehicle intake
• Complete final customer paperwork (DRP, final invoice)
• Finalize total loss administration
• Provide post-repair plan communication and vehicle status updates to customers
