Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator in Glendale, WI. The role involves writing repair estimates, reviewing processes, checking in vehicles, and preparing final customer paperwork for delivery.

You will manage total loss processes and keep customers updated on status while adhering to Caliber safety rules and company standards. Requirements include 2+ years of estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork prior to vehicle delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plan to customers.
