Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Collision Estimator in McKinney, TX. You will perform duties such as writing estimates, reviewing processes, checking in customer vehicles, and finalizing paperwork before vehicle delivery.

You will also handle total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans with customers. Benefits include medical, dental and vision from day one, weekly pay, paid vacations and holidays, and opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs.
• Conduct process reviews and check in customer vehicles.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair updates to customers.
