Job summary

Caliber Collision's Service Center Phoenix - N 23rd Ave is hiring a Collision Estimator to perform estimating duties, process reviews, vehicle check-ins, and final paperwork prior to delivery, while ensuring safety rules and company standards are met.

The role involves communicating post-repair plans and vehicle status to customers, handling total loss administration, and supporting the repair process with CCC1 estimating software; 2+ years est experience preferred, must be 21+, license required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork.
• Provide post-repair updates and coordinate total loss administration.
• Ensure adherence to safety rules and company standards.
