Job summary

Caliber’s Garden Grove service center is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, and manage customer vehicle check-ins. You’ll finalize documentation and total loss administration while keeping customers informed of status updates and adhering to Caliber safety rules and standards.

The position requires 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver’s license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs and document details.
• Conduct process reviews and check in customer vehicles.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalizing total loss administration and post repair plan communication with customers.
• Provide vehicle status updates to customers while complying with safety rules and company standards.
