Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in Madison, AL to write estimates, review processes, and manage vehicle intake and final documentation. The role includes coordinating with customers on repair plans and providing ongoing status updates throughout the repair process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalizing total loss administration and post-repair communication to customers.
