Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in Madison, AL to write estimates, review processes, and manage vehicle intake and final paperwork before delivery. You will handle DRP and final invoices, with emphasis on clear post-repair communications and status updates for customers, all while adhering to Caliber safety rules and standards.

The role requires knowledge of repair processes, CCC1 software, and strong sales orientation to drive customer satisfaction and timely vehicle

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and post repair plan communications.
• Provide status updates to customers while complying with safety rules and standards.
