Job summary

Caliber Collision in Michigan City, IN is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform estimating, process reviews, and customer communications. The role includes handling check-in, final paperwork, DRP, final invoices, and total loss administration while ensuring safety rules and company standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
