Job summary

Caliber Collision’s Riverside service center is hiring a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, and manage customer vehicles from intake to delivery. The role includes finalizing total loss paperwork and communicating post-repair status to customers while adhering to safety rules and company standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver’s license, and a license as a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older; valid driver’s license required.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Prior CCC1 or similar estimating software experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and manage final paperwork for delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair status to customers.
