Job summary

Caliber Collision in Montgomery, AL is hiring a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and finalize paperwork for delivery.

You will use CCC1 or similar estimating software, apply a strong sales orientation, and communicate with customers throughout the repair journey, including status updates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collisions and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and manage documentation for delivery.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates to customers.
