Job summary

You will communicate post-repair plans and status updates to customers while upholding Caliber safety standards. Candidates should have at least 2 years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post repair status updates to customers.
