Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking an experienced Estimator to educate customers on vehicle repair processes, insurance interactions, and rights throughout the repair journey.

You will complete initial estimates, validate them after full disassembly, and lock final estimates, while managing each repair to Crash Champions’ quality standards and keeping customers informed at every step.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced collision repair environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with insurance processes and partner interactions is preferred.
• Knowledge of multiple estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and rights.
• Complete initial and final estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation.
• Oversee each repair to ensure Crash Champions quality standards through in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status for a best-in-class experience.
• Collaborate with Body Technicians and review data procedures; complete post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle discharge paperwork, and ensure carrier requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the process of vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Completes initial estimates, write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards by performing in-process QC.
• Keep every customer fully informed and updated on the status of their vehicle and provide the best possible experience for our customers.
• Able to pull and review all data procedures for/with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process
• Pre-close the final repair order, Handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions in the file and ensure carrier specific requirements are complete

• Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners preferred

Compensation ranges listed are inclusive of monthly sales incentive bonuses. The compensation range listed is the average range for a typical full-time employee in this position.
