Job summary

Crash Champions in California is seeking an estimator/appointment coordinator to educate customers about repair processes, manage estimates from initial to final, and oversee the repair journey to ensure high-quality results.

The role requires strong organization, familiarity with CCC One and Mitchell & Audatex estimating systems, and experience working with insurance partners. Competitive benefits and a structured, fast-paced environment are offered.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, techniques, safety and value.
• Complete initial estimates, finalize after disassembly and damage evaluation, lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair through the process and ensure quality standards with in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status and deliver a great customer experience.
• Pull and review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address file exceptions and carrier requirements.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the process of vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Completes initial estimates, write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards by performing in-process QC.
• Keep every customer fully informed and updated on the status of their vehicle and provide the best possible experience for our customers.
• Able to pull and review all data procedures for/with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process
• Pre-close the final repair order, Handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions in the file and ensure carrier specific requirements are complete

Compensation ranges listed are inclusive of monthly sales incentive bonuses. The compensation range listed is the average range for a typical full-time employee in this position.
