Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Madison, WI is seeking an Estimator to provide accurate vehicle damage assessments and clear repair recommendations. You will manage communications with customers and insurance providers, document every interaction, and work with the team to align with KPIs and WOW standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills.
• Awareness of DRP compliance and insurance processes.
• Minimum 1 year of estimating experience.
• I-CAR training preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW standards.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members and assist in repair planning and communication.
• Attend training sessions and workshops as required.
• Maintain safety and quality in accordance with company policies.

The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal.
