Pay Range

Base pay $50,000 – $95,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all current and potential customers.
• Prepare accurate and efficient estimates, ensuring they serve as a blueprint for the repairs.
• Review final bills and supplemental billings for accuracy, and thoroughly check final repairs prior to delivery.
• Educate customers in the collision repair process, including insurance procedures and repair techniques.

Minimum Competencies

• Valid PA Body Shop Estimator license or physical appraiser license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Body shop estimating experience required.
• Capacity to handle physical aspects of collision repair business, including bending, stooping, and exposure to hazardous materials.
• Estimator’s License preferred.
