Qualifications

  • Must manage in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.

  • Answers Collision Center phones and greets customers.
  • Cashier customers, taking payments via cash, check or credit card.
  • Schedules and confirms appointments as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Answers Collision Centerphones
  • Greets and receives customers
  • Works cooperatively with the Estimators
  • Updates CCC one and ARMS Enterprise
  • Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Cashier customers, taking payments via cash, check or credit card.
  • Assists in scheduling and confirmingappointments
  • Participates in customer satisfaction process
  • Participates in customer retention process.
  • Performing other duties assigned by the CollisionManager.

Qualifications

  • previous automotive Collision experience preferred
  • Must be able to manage in a fast paced work environmentwith limited supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outgoing and positive demeanor
  • Punctual with the ability to handle schedule flexibility
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report
  • Able to clear a pre-employment background check
