Full-Time Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Support Specialist / Automotive Cashier / Receptionist with Growth Opportunities

Are you a customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships is seeking a Full-Time Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team! Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be a key part of a company with deep roots in the community and a strong commitment to excellence. Join us as we continue to grow with 24 dealerships, 13 collision centers, and 19 automotive brands across the Delmarva Peninsula and beyond!

Your Responsibilities

  • Answer a multi-line phone system and direct calls as needed
  • Greet and assist customers professionally and with a positive attitude
  • Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Handle customer agreements, service tickets, and dealer exchanges using a computer system
  • Perform general office duties, including filing and maintaining inventory
  • Assist the Office Manager with additional tasks as required

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Pleasant and professional demeanor in-person and on the phone
  • Computer proficiency
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Availability to work some evenings and Saturdays
