Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a proven leader to manage a high-volume collision repair location in Highland, IN. This role oversees front and back of shop operations, assigns work to body technicians, and drives throughput, quality, and safety in alignment with company and I-CAR standards.

The position emphasizes staff coaching, payroll accuracy, and meeting production goals, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance and company growth.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of collision industry and insurance procedures.
• Ability to meet deadlines and achieve results.
• Proven leadership and team coaching capabilities.
• Proficient with CCC ONE Total Repair Software.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs; manage front/back of shop to ensure throughput and quality.
• Labor assignment and production management: assign repair jobs and prioritize teardown/paint.
• Provide teammate support during peak times; assist with check-in and estimates.
• Ensure repairs meet Crash Champions and I-CAR standards; accurate billing; PPE compliance.
