The Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships is seeking an experienced Collision Center Estimator / Body Shop Auto Insurance Adjuster to join our team. You will assess damaged vehicles, prepare repair estimates, and collaborate with insurance companies to streamline claims.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision estimating and/or insurance adjusting experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of repair procedures and insurance processes.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Valid Driver's License with good driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED (additional training a plus).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and vendors with professionalism and care.
• Inspect damaged vehicles and create accurate repair estimates.
• Prepare detailed reports and calculate parts/labor costs.
• Work directly with insurance companies and adjusters.
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Process paperwork and ensure accurate system entries.
• Manage workload and prioritize multiple repair jobs.
• Build strong relationships with customers and partners.
