Qualifications

• Proven experience as a collision estimator or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle parts, repairs, and insurance estimating software (CCC ONE, Mitchell).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical information to non-experts.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed damage assessments on vehicles involved in collisions.
• Prepare accurate repair cost estimates using industry-standard software and tools.
• Communicate with customers to explain damage, repairs, and timelines.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters to ensure estimates meet policy requirements.
• Work with collision repair team to confirm repair processes and timelines.
• Maintain records of estimates, revisions, and customer interactions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, repair techniques, and vehicle technology.
