Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide fair estimates of labor and parts.
• Coordinate with DRP programs and follow SOPs.
• Schedule rentals and shuttle service arrangements for customers.
• Document daily in CCC1 and DealerTrack.
• Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians throughout the repair process.
• Prepare supplements and obtain insurance approvals in a timely manner.
• Assist with final billing and accounts receivable follow-up.
