Experience in collision estimating is a plus but not required; strong customer service and organizational skills are essential. Training in estimating software and CCC ONE is provided, with opportunities for advancement and six-figure earning potential through commission and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Collision Center, dealership, customer service, repair coordination, or collision estimating experience is a plus, but not required.
• CCC ONE experience is helpful, but not required.
• Willingness to learn estimating software and collision repair processes.
• Valid driver''s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate customer and vehicle files.
• Assist with collision estimates, supplements, approvals, and repair documentation.
• Prepare estimates for Service Department customers and used vehicle reconditioning, with training and manager review.
• Communicate with customers and provide repair updates.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors, technicians, Parts, Accounting, insurance contacts, and rental providers.
• Track repair information, approvals, and required documentation.
• Help keep Collision Center work organized and moving efficiently.
• Take on additional estimating responsibilities as training and experience progress.
