Quality Collision Group is seeking an Auto Body Technician in California to repair collision-damaged vehicles and restore them to pre-accident condition using OEM procedures and industry standards. This role involves structural and non-structural repairs, component replacement, fit and finish work, and quality checks to meet production targets.

You will inspect repairs, read plans, perform welding and panel work, and communicate findings to the estimator.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of professional auto body repair experience in the collision repair industry.
• Strong knowledge of OEM repair procedures and manufacturer-specific repair requirements.
• Working knowledge of I-CAR repair standards and accepted collision repair methods.
• Experience with structural and non-structural repair, panel replacement, welding, and vehicle disassembly/reassembly.
• Ability to read and follow repair plans, estimates, and OEM procedures.
• Strong commitment to repair quality, safety, productivity, and continued learning.
