Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Comprehensive computer skills including Microsoft products, specifically Excel.
• Proficient in coaching fundamentals of softball.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in all pre-season, in-season and off-season practice sessions as assigned by Head Coach.
• Assist during intercollegiate competitions as assigned by Head Coach.
• Perform administrative duties including study halls, class attendance checks, team travel plans, equipment and room checks.
