Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Previous coaching experience required.
• Experience planning, organizing, and prioritizing multiple tasks with frequent interruptions is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software; ability to learn other software relevant to duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist head softball coach in all aspects.
• Mentor students to enhance academic performance and teamwork.
• Support the Sports Information Director in the fall semester in covering various sports.
• Recruit student-athletes in alignment with Beloit College goals and NCAA/MWC rules.
• Assist with inventory and management of equipment and uniforms.
