Responsibilities

• Lead Manchester's transition to the NAIA.
• Advance student-athlete success and retention.
• Partner with coaches to strengthen recruiting and roster growth.
• Provide strategic leadership for athletics programs, personnel, budgets, operations, and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with athletics regulations and University policies.
• Recruit, develop, and support coaches and athletics staff.
• Build partnerships across the University, alumni, and the broader community.
• Support fundraising and revenue-generating opportunities.
