Lakeshirts, inc. is seeking a Collegiate Production Art Manager to lead the Collegiate Art team at our Detroit Lakes, MN headquarters. You will guide direction, ensure on-time artwork, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect creative design with production execution.

The role requires a servant leadership style, multitasking ability, and a track record of developing future leaders. Onsite work in Detroit Lakes, MN is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production art teams in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with apparel decoration, screenprint, headwear or related industry.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and coach the Collegiate Art team with clear direction.
• Set daily direction and prioritize workloads for on-time artwork.
• Oversee artwork execution across multiple programs.
• Collaborate with Operations and Production to align schedules.
• Monitor metrics to ensure productivity and quality.
• Support new programs and special projects.

Bachelor's degree in Business / Operations / Graphic Design / Marketing / Merchandising
