Job summary

Lakeshirts, inc. is seeking a College Accessory Production Art Team Lead to mentor production artists, enforce brand standards, and drive on-time delivery in a fast-paced creative environment.

Under the Art Manager, you’ll balance leadership with hands-on artwork using Illustrator, production reports, and work orders. This onsite role in Detroit Lakes offers a Monday–Friday schedule and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Two- or four-year degree in Graphic Design preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator required.
• Knowledge of collegiate licensing and university brand standards preferred.
• Leadership training or coaching experience is a plus.
• Strong organization and attention to detail with good judgment.
• Clear written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and prioritize work for college accessory artwork.
• Train and coach artists on duties, safety, and policies.
• Review production reports and assign tasks to meet deadlines.
• Ensure brand-standard compliance and licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with Quality Control, Licensing, and Art Manager to resolve artwork issues.
• Conduct team check-ins and support attendance and performance reviews.
• Balance leadership with hands-on production work to meet standards.
