Job summary

The Vanguard Group is launching a College to Corporate data analytics internship. As a Data Analyst intern, you will turn data into insights to support business decisions and client outcomes, while gaining leadership experience through collaboration and real-world impact.

You will analyze data, build dashboards and reports, partner with analytics teams, and validate data quality, all while developing leadership skills in a hybrid, mentorship-driven program.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data & Analytics or related field.
• Strong interest in using data to solve business problems.
• Demonstrated leadership and/or leadership aspirations.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher preferred.

As a Data Analyst intern, you’ll help turn data into insights that support better business decisions and better outcomes for our clients while building leadership skills through collaboration and real-world impact. This immersive internship combines real-world project work, mentorship, and structured development to help you grow your technical, analytical, and business acumen in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.

In this internship you will:

• Analyze data to answer business questions and uncover insights that support decision-making across Vanguard.

• Support the creation of dashboards, reports, and visualizations that help teams monitor performance and communicate results clearly.

• Partner with business and analytics teams to understand needs, translate requirements into an analytical approach, and deliver solutions that drive value.

• Work with structured and unstructured data, helping to validate data quality, identify trends, and support repeatable reporting processes

What it takes:

• In pursuit of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data & Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field

• Strong interest in using data to solve business problems and influence decisions.

• Demonstrated leadership skills and/or leadership aspirations.

• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

• Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher preferred.

• This program is a full-time, paid 10-week summer internship
