LOVB Miami seeks a College Recruiting Support Associate/Intern to assist the Director of College Recruiting with social media content, recruiting videos, and analytics. The role supports LOVB Club athletes and events, with remote work from anywhere in the U.S.

and occasional travel for site visits. Ideal candidates will have an undergraduate marketing-related degree and experience in producing social media content, plus strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of College Recruiting with social media content and recruiting videos uploaded to Instagram and YouTube.
• Create short form video content (Reels, TikTok, stories) for distribution.
• Manage Google Classroom and HUDL platforms for LOVB Clubs and recruits.
• Provide real time coverage during live matches and events; travel 3–4 times/season for recruiting content.
• Assist Recruiting team with tracking and evaluating club players and maintaining athlete database.

Location: Remote (U.S.-based) with occasional travel for site visits and business-related events

Internship runs: January 4th, 2027 - July 31st, 2027

Job Summary: To support our Director of College Recruiting in efforts to provide exposure for our athletes, social media presence, and administrative help. (LOVB Club alum preferred).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage LOVB Recruiting day to day social media content and activities including uploading recruiting videos to our instagram and youtube channel
• Create short form video content (ex: Reels, Tiktok, stories for distribution)
• Manage google classroom, sports recruits. HUDL for LOVB Clubs
• Provide real time platform coverage during live matches and events by traveling to tournaments or clubs 3-4 times per season for recruiting content including Nationals for AAU and USAV
• Help our national recruiting director with daily admin duties
• Assist the Recruiting team with tracking and evaluating club players.
• Maintain and update the internal athlete database with recruiting notes, stats, commits and contact info.

Education and Experience

• Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sports Management or related field. Experience in using social media platforms and producing content as well as gathering analytics.
