Responsibilities

• Support students through college planning, applications, scholarships, and financial aid.
• Create personalized letters of recommendation and school reports for seniors and for juniors/sophomores applying to programs.
• Present college-related information during evening programs, meetings, and events for students and families.
• Lead guidance sessions for grades 9–12 on college readiness and planning.
• Deliver timely, knowledgeable guidance to students and families via email, calls, video meetings, and in-person conferences.
• Attend local, state, regional, national, and international conferences and campus visits to stay current on admission trends and best practices.
• Assist with coordination of informational meetings and presentations including evenings, financial aid and scholarship sessions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with college and university admission offices.
