Responsibilities

• Ensure college purchasing procedures are followed; use state contracts when available; verify approvals before ordering.
• Purchase supplies, books and equipment for the college; assist faculty and staff in ordering materials.
• Monitor vendor catalogs; enter new vendors; process travel requests and verify travel reimbursements.
• Prepare quarterly/semi-annual reports and assist with bid processes and invoicing as needed.
