California State University, San Bernardino is seeking a part-time on-campus Work Study student employee to support the College Administrative Support Team (CAST) in the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences.
Under direct supervision, the role involves answering calls, organizing the workspace, helping with events, and delivering mail and supplies. Applicants must be CSUSB students, maintain GPA 2.0+, enroll at least half-time, and be eligible to work in the United States.

Under direct supervision of the Associate Dean and lead work direction of the Administrative Support Coordinator, the Office Student Employee will assist the staff in the front office of the College Administrative Support Team (CAST) Suite in the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences. Office Student Employee is responsible for: answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate staff and department; maintaining and organizing workspace; assisting in preparation and advertisement of events, workshops and meetings; assisting with organization of files and office data; delivering mail/supplies to departments; and other clerical duties as assigned.
Academic year available hours: Monday through Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm). Summer available hours: Monday through Thursday (7:00 am - 5:30 pm).

Student Employment Anticipated Hiring Range: $16.90 per hour.
The compensation offered will consider internal equity and experience among other factors.

Possession of a valid Driver's License may be required. Employees in this position will be enrolled in the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) Government Employer Pull Notice Program which confirms possession of a valid driver's license and reflects driving record.
