Job summary

Easterseals Massachusetts seeks a College Navigator to provide on-campus and virtual support to college students with disabilities as they navigate academics and campus life. Begin as early as 8 am, with schedules set by student needs, across multiple MA campuses including Bristol Community College and Taunton.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and be proficient with LMS platforms such as Blackboard, Moodle, and Canvas, plus Microsoft Office and Zoom.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience working with young adults with disabilities preferred.
• Familiarity with Blackboard, Moodle, Canvas, and other LMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop action plans for each student’s goals for transition to college.
• Provide 1:1 coaching to promote independence and success.
• Support executive functioning skills (time management, organization, scheduling).
• Advocate for student needs with college staff and refer to ESMA programs as needed.
• Maintain documentation and progress notes; communicate with agencies and program manager.
