An established industry player is seeking a dedicated College Human Resources Assistant to provide essential HR support. NOTE: New employees will be placed at the first step which is $65,424 per year, second step $68,724 per year or third step at $72,204 per year (depending upon experience). Based on current salary placement guidelines, all step increases for which an employee becomes eligible shall take place on July 1st of each fiscal year. These increases will occur annually until the maximum step of $79,704 per year is reached on the salary schedule.

Provide technical HR support regarding salaries, benefits, recruitment, policies, and procedures; act as liaison between campus and District HR and Payroll.
Minimum: 3 years of HR, payroll, benefits, or administrative experience; Associate degree in HR or related field, or equivalent.
