You’ll work toward Life/Health licensing and gain coaching, leadership programs, and events to fuel personal and professional growth, with potential to interview for full-time roles after graduation.

Qualifications

• Full-time student; juniors and seniors preferred
• Entrepreneurial ambitions and curiosity for sales
• Highly involved on campus (leader, athlete, campus orgs, student government, etc)
• Excellent time-management skills
• Interest in financial literacy and planning tools
• Business savvy and desire to increase critical thinking abilities

Responsibilities

• Learn prospecting and networking to build client base
• Develop and execute a business strategy
• Call on potential clients and set meetings to understand financial goals
• Prepare plans and offer useful recommendations
• Gain exposure to planning software platforms
• Engage in weekly coaching, training, and development meetings
• Build foundational licensing steps (Life, Accident, Health) and regulatory prep
• Grow a professional network and future career opportunities
