Responsibilities

• Learn to prospect and network to build client base.
• Develop and execute a business strategy for growth.
• Call on potential clients and set meetings to understand goals.
• Prepare plans and offer recommendations.
• Gain exposure to planning software platforms and current markets.
• Participate in weekly coaching, training, and development sessions.
• Pursue licensing for Life, Accident, and Health as applicable.
